Terms and Conditions

All bookings are made under the applicable Uniform Hotel Conditions (UHC). The UHC are binding for everyone who uses our services.

The following terms are valid for online reservations made at the website of Hotel Espresso City Centre:

Regular online reservation:

  • The reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.
  • In case you provided a credit card guarantee the total amount of your stay will be charged during check-out.
  • In case we can’t make an authorization on your credit card we will ask for a deposit of the total amount of your stay.
  • Check-in 2PM on day of arrival, check-out before 11 AM on day of departure.
  • Breakfast is 11 Euros per person and is served between 07.00 AM and 10:00 AM (weekend 11:00 AM).
  • Cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before date of arrival, otherwise the first night will be charged.
  • In case of no-show the first night will be charged.

Non-refundable online reservation:

  • The reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.
  • It is not possible to cancel or change the reservation date.
  • The total amount of the reservation will be charged from your credit card.
  • Breakfast is 11 Euros per person and is served between 07.00 AM and 10:00 AM (weekend 11:00 AM).
